FAQ: Do you have consultants / builders that you can recommend?

The team at Lateral Building Design completes many projects each year. Our design team has qualifications in building design, architectural drafting, interior design, building construction, landscaping and project management.

While the LBD team has the knowledge, skills, and expertise to handle most projects, there are times when we will recommend the use of consultants or builders to assist in a particular aspect of a project. This is often due to the need for a specialised area of expertise that may arise during a project.

What types of consultants does Lateral Building Design work with?

There are times we use consultants to provide a level of documentation that can be added to our own documentation. This may be the case if we may require energy reports, soil reports or the services of an arborist, building surveyor or engineer to complete your project to the relevant authority’s satisfaction.

We have a good working relationship with the consultants and builders we work with. They have all worked on previous projects with the Lateral Building Design team and have provided our clients with positive results and outcomes. We will only provide a referral for contractors that have the expertise to complete your project to a high standard.
