Drafting

We prepare the final plans so that your builder can construct your project. These plans are often called working drawings or construction drawings.

Before we get to this stage we encourage you not to rush it! Allow yourself ample time and planning in the building design phase. A design can be elaborate and wonderful on paper yet it may not be functional or it could be difficult and costly to build. This is where our input can be invaluable.

Our extensive construction knowledge means we can minimise the problems that may arise in this area. We also cross check our work internally in order to maintain our high accuracy standards. No one’s perfect but we are giving it a ‘red hot go’ in striving for this goal, so that we make it as easy as possible for you during the construction phase.

The person who works with you in the design stage will also complete the working drawings, providing a comprehensive and streamlined service to you.
