We will “marry” your dreams and goals with your budget and your block of land. Then we’ll design your home or extension to make sure it’s as close as possible within the regulations.

Both small and large homes need to be practical and work best for you. We will talk with you about your ideas, how to maximise space, offer suggestions and get to know what you like and like!

Generally you will only need a Building Permit to design and build a new house, extend or renovate an existing house in a residential zone but you may also need a town planning permit.
